"As part of a Trust, all of our schools use iAM Compliant. We're able to work across sites efficiently because we use the same system. Our board of Trustees checks our compliance scores every month, which is a very easy way for them to check where each school is in terms of its compliance and health and safety. They can also check the volume of tickets being raised, their priority level and how quickly they are resolved by looking at the ticket dashboard."

Planned maintenance

"This feature makes our tracking, booking and remedial work very efficient and easy to track . We also find it easy to find past services and work when required. The asset register is also useful as it can indicate if we have multiple issues with the same asset, highlighting a problem that we can then investigate."

Tickets

All staff requests can be centrally managed with the helpdesk feature, a real godsend when you’re dealing with multiple schools. Requests can then be allocated to the right people to be resolved.

"This works very well. Any staff member can raise a ticket and attach photos or documents. We can reply to the ticket to the person who raised it to get further information or give updates. This saves a lot of time, keeps all site team members informed, and jobs don't get forgotten about. Assigning tickets to individuals is also very beneficial."

Documents
