Supporting Your Team: Difficult Life Events
We all have to deal with difficult life events on occasion. If you find out a staff member is having problems outside of work, you might need to provide extra support. Using skills like active listening and showing empathy can help, as well as seeking out extra support and resources where necessary. Although you can’t solve everything, this course will show you how supporting team members in the workplace is a crucial thing to do.
