How were you managing compliance before using iAM Compliant? Were you facing any particular challenges?
Before using iAM Compliant, each individual school tracked its compliance manually and, a couple of schools enlisted the services of a facilities management company.
Each school had its own way of working and relied on its School Business Manager, knowing when contractors were due to site and tracking key documentation review dates.
The Trust was unable to track compliance remotely unless documentation was shared via email or shared drive or during the regular audits and quality assurance visits.
How did you first hear about iAM Compliant, and what made you choose our system?
We heard about iAM Compliant whilst searching for a new online training and accident reporting provider.
We had a demonstration of the system from the CEO, Luke, and felt that the iAM Compliant was user friendly, met the needs of the Trust and had other features that we could utilise in the future, creating a ‘one stop shop’ for facilities, training and beyond.
How would you describe your onboarding experience?
Each school received its own onboarding session and it was straightforward.
Since the Trust joined iAM, 2 new schools have come onboard, and additional training/support sessions have been provided to the existing schools. We also have a termly meeting with the development manager to listen to our improvement ‘wish list’ and discuss newly released system enhancements.

Are there any features you’ve found particularly impactful and valuable in ensuring compliance?
I personally (and know premises in particular do too) love the weekly reminder email outlining what action is required this week and what is outstanding.
I like the compliance dashboard, it is quick and easy to see when action is required in a particular school and equally provides reassurance that nothing is being missed.
Using iAM has saved valuable time when conducting annual audits, no longer having to find the folder or drive where documents are kept.
We have received feedback from staff that the bitesize training modules save time compared to our previous supplier and the School Business Managers like the reminders when key documents (policies and risk assessments) are due a review.
How have you found the access to support from iAM Compliant?

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Jamie and the support team. Response time is quick and even when asking a ridiculous question, the team always reply in a positive, can-do manner!
How would you describe iAM Compliant to other schools and MATs?
A great helping hand! It's a user-friendly system which helps you stay on track of everything.
There are a few functions that we would like to enhance to our liking, the iAM team always welcome feedback.
