Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder which produces differences in behaviour, social interaction, and communication. You may work with students who are autistic or might’ve noticed young people exhibiting autistic traits. If that’s the case, you need to make sure you’re equipped with the necessary skills and understanding to support them. This course will show you how.

Who is this course for

In this autism awareness course, you’ll learn about the early signs and characteristics of ASD, and what to do if you suspect a child might be autistic. You’ll also come away with some inclusive practices for supporting students with autism.
