A: Yes. You can assign courses to individuals or groups, set completion deadlines and organise learning across different schools and locations.

Q: Can I track and report on staff training and course completion?

A: Yes. Reports let you monitor training by course or learner, including what has been assigned, started, completed, or has become overdue.

Q: What are Learning Pathways and how can I use them?

A: Pathways bring courses, policies, documents and instructions together into one structured learning journey. You can use them for onboarding, role-specific development, refresher training, or shared priorities across your trust.

Q: How do I manage refreshers or annual recurring courses?

A: Academy tracks course expiry dates and sends automatic reminders when training needs to be reviewed, helping staff and managers stay ahead and helping ensure training remains current.

Q: Can we record training completed outside iAM Academy?

A: Yes. You can import external training records and upload certificates, keeping learning completed through different providers organised in one place.

Q: What if we already have an LMS?

A: You can still choose Academy for its course library and use the content alongside your existing approach to managing staff learning. Our courses are available in SCORM packets that you can upload to your current LMS.
